waited in queue for more then 5 hours to chat with some one, and Oakley cancelled and turned away me when I was finally in 3 of the queue . unbelievable service, how can we continue to buy from Oakley website ?!

I have been trying to return sunglasses to Oakley since May 28th. Three email and an hour on the phone to wait for a rep who said they would email me a UPS shipping label. Three days later, still no label. Does anyone have a shipping address? I will mail them back and dispute the charge with my credit card/

I have been trying for over 2 weeks calling customer care in regards to a return, been on the phone very day for a few hours a day.
Also emailed about 4 times nothing back..
All I want is to return a pair of sunglasses I have no address or returns number to send please help,

. been explained from the very beginning. Oakley had said they would repair or replace the glasses; there was no indication from your company . than Oakley logo on the bridge of the nose. Therefore, I requested that Oakley return the original pair of glasses with the worn out . would gladly give the company back its cheap looking replacement glasses. The customer service representative explained that . company had simply said, “no, we won’t replace your worn out frames,” that would have . detrimentally rely on your promises. You promised to repair or replace my glasses, and instead we received .

After being promised they would be delivered by 7/6 and paying for 2 day shipping, . calling and being told it would be an additional 2-3 business days before they would arrived as they had . I've requested that they refund me my money. It's not difficult to ship a pair of lenses.

As part of my spring ritual in Seattle I was surveying last years stock of sunglasses to see what was salvageable for this year. I had a pair of Oakley's that I purchased late in the season. They were the last pair a local dealer had . yourself. This option was less than half of the other options so I went with it. The same day I sent two pairs of identical titanium Maui Jim sunglasses in for service. I. I would find when I opened the box based on my experience with Oakley. Were they simply returned my destroyed glasses with a Dear John letter or were.

I bought a pair of Oakley five in August 2011,When I wash them the right lens as falling off. service, and send them for an exam, repair, exchange, etc.. Now we are 9th november 2011. make complaints of non-service. I really loved Oakley for their model but this is the LAST time .

I contacted Oakley's customer service representative to exercise their 1 year warranty for glasses, and he told me that. was sold was deemed to be defective within the one-year warranty period, b) I didn't know the glasses were discontinued . discontinued status would change the terms of the frame warranty. In my subsequent interactions with customer service, . if they can't offer that, a CASH refund (store credit with a company that already has a poor quality. imply that I am trying to grift money out of Oakley by asking for replacement-value.
