My daughter had Ankle surgery there. Staff very friendly, they took great care of her. Nurses were extremely polite.

Roxy Green a month agoI expect doctors and nurses to be racist at Kettering main branch but not at the Forest branch. It's bad, don't go there if your of color. Go the the main branch if you can get there.
sharon middelchylde a month agoI went to the ER with a possible, maybe probable, brain bleed from an injury. Having had 2 before, and being prone due to near fatal carbon monoxide poisoning, I know the symptoms. After waiting more than 3 hrs and being told that 90% of the people who came in after me had beds due to more pressing issues, I still hadn't been seen by a healthcare provider. When reception flat out told me my situation was not dire enough to be seen, I gave up.
